About Me.


I am an artist, musician and CanFit Pro Personal Trainer. In this blog I will talk about at home personalized workouts. The gym is not for everyone, but if you need help getting fitter, I can help you safely improve your posture strength and balance.

Low or no Equipment, at home exercise. Pilates based core and balance work. Help for those who are hunched over a computer for too long. Approachable, workouts to fit your schedule and goals.

I can do house calls, give you an at home work out plan. I can bring some of my equipment (a yoga ball, resistance bands, ab wheels, and dumb bells) to supplement your routine. I focus on balance, strength and core personal training.
